Feb. 8, 2010 - I have not been on to update things here for some time.  On January 30th I took the Wing out on a ride about 200 miles total with a few others. She did really well, started every time and ran great. I did have a minor run in with a muddy road in a curve but managed to keep the rubber down and make it through. The only thing really new to come out of the ride was realizing the windshield is too tall for me. We hit rain a few times and since I am always looking through the shield and not able to look over it this was a bit of a challenge.

Since the ride I have been pulling parts off and my daughters boyfriend is sandblasting them to prepare them for some paint.  Today I also installed replacement speakers for the radio and they fit perfect and sound good.

Not much other progress going on now. Slowing down some for monetary reasons as well as time. No need to hurry as it is a project to keep me busy for awhile.
